The Czarna Góra Mountain Centre is a sports-recreational-hotel complex. It offers modern lifts: chairlift railroad of the total length of 1,367 m, open all year round, platter lifts and a ski carrousel. The total length of the ski tracks is 8 km, half of which is supplied with additional amounts of snow. Currently, the renovation and modernisation of the centre is being commenced.
The construction of a new four-people chairlift (by Doppelmayer) to the summit of Czarna Gora (Black Mountain) has been announced. The renovation is supposed to include also the remaining lifts and the ski tracks. Now are NEW snow cannons – operating already at the temperature of -1 degree Celsius.
During the winter season the whole facility is a mainstay for skiers and snowboarders. During the summer season it is a dream region for hiking tourists, and the increasingly bigger circle of cyclists and paragliders – people craving for extraordinary views and contact with nature. Within the radius of several kilometres you will find many smaller centres with ski lifts, numerous cycling tracks, including tracks that are part of the European tourist trails, as well as more and more popular farm tourism facilities.
