LOCATION IN THE VICINITY OF THE NATURAL LANDSCAPE PARK
The Biała Woda real estate is situated in the south-eastern part of the Kłodzka Valley, at the slope of Czarna Góra (1,205 metres above sea level) which is a member of the mountain range of the Śnieżnik Massif.

OUTSTANDING ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITIES
The summit of the mid-mountainous valley, the Biała Woda complex of streams, at the foot of the Czarna Góra summit. You will find here numerous protected species of fauna and flora. In the neighbourhood there is the Puchaczówka Mountain Pass. In the Middle Ages a signalling post functioned here, later a pursuit (“pogonny”) post of fugitives and offenders, where the name Pogonna Mountain Pass comes from.

EXCELLENT CLIMATE CONDITIONS
A relatively mild winter and considerable snowfall, with the snow remaining on the slopes until May, create especially favourable conditions for doing winter sports.

LANDFORM FEATURES AND THE LOCATION IN THE TERRAIN
The offered BUILDING ALLOTMENTS have a regular shape resembling an elongated rectangle. The terrain of the allotments is mildly sloping in the southern direction.

The expansion of the existing base of ski chairlifts by As-Bau, along with the construction of a hotel with a swimming pool in Biała Woda, create exceptional neighbourhood for the offered allotments.

COMMUNICATION LOCATION – owing to road 392 which runs through Biała Woda and which is part of the Mid-Sudety Tourist Road, these lands have a connection with attractive and historic cities of Kłodzko and Bystrzyca Kłodzka, and with the spa resorts in Lądek Zdrój, Długopole Zdrój. Polanica Zdrój, Duszniki Zdrój, Kudowa Zdrój, and with other tourist regions situated in the Kłodzka Valley.
